Required Services & Fees:

  • Secure the Date: 50% deposit required
  • Second Venue Payment: 50% of the remaining balance after the deposit, due 3 months prior to the event date. If your event is scheduled less than 3 months in advance, an alternative payment schedule will be arranged.
  • Final Venue Payment: Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event date
  • Damage Deposit: $500, due 30 days prior to the event; refundable the day after the event
  • Additional Bartender Fee: $25/hour per bartender (required for events with over 75 guests or entire venue rental)
  • Additional Security Guard Fee: $50/hour (required for entire venue rental)
  • Credit Card Processing Fee: 3%
  • A concierge will be on-site for all events to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with any needs that may arise.


Payment Options:
